What this website collects
Nothing. This website itself has no cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts and no advertising pixels. There is no account system and no form on this website — every enquiry is sent by you, directly, using your own email.
Information you send us
The only information we hold is what you choose to put in an email to us. This is typically your name, your business name, your email address, and details about your business such as what you do and where you work.
Giving us this information is entirely voluntary — but without at least a way to contact you, such as your email address, we won't be able to reply to your enquiry, prepare a preview, or quote for your project.
Why we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a free homepage preview, and to quote for work. This is done at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who else sees it
Email sent to us is delivered and stored through Google's Gmail service, which acts as our email provider. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and the right to restrict or object to how it is used, and to ask for it in a portable format. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local data protection supervisory authority.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard server request data (such as IP addresses in server logs) for security and delivery purposes.
International transfers
Google's Gmail service and our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process this information on servers outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where this happens, it's covered by appropriate safeguards recognised under UK GDPR, such as those providers' standard contractual clauses.
