How long does a website take?
Most small-business websites are completed in approximately 3–7 working days after we receive all your content. That's an estimate based on typical projects, not a guarantee. If your project is larger, we'll give you a realistic timeline in writing before you pay.
What is the free homepage preview?
We design a real homepage concept for your business and send it to you before you pay anything. If you don't like it, you're under no obligation to continue. The preview is a design concept — it stays ours until you go ahead with the project, at which point it becomes part of what you own.
Do I need a domain and hosting?
Yes, and they stay in your name. If you already have them we'll use them. If not, we'll help you choose and set them up. You pay those provider costs directly and they aren't included in the project fee.
What if I don't have content or photos?
That's normal. We'll send you a short list of what we need and structure the wording for you. You'll need to supply your business details and any photos you have the right to use, and we can work with a clean, simple design if you don't have photography yet.
How many revisions do I get?
One revision round is included. After the first full draft you send your feedback in one go and we work through it together. Extra rounds or changes after launch can be quoted separately.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, the website files and your content are yours, and the domain and hosting are registered in your name.
How does payment work?
We agree the scope and a one-time project price in writing after you've seen your homepage preview. Payment is made before we build and launch the full website. There's no monthly agency fee.
What support do I get after launch?
Seven days of technical support after launch, covering anything that isn't working as it should in what we built. After that, ongoing changes can be arranged separately.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. We work with local service businesses across the UK and Europe, entirely online, in English.
